Built around a series of curated documents, starting with our Rum Passport and continuing through our Depth Chart, Daiquiri Dossier, and brand-new “Beyond the Sea,” the Dead Parrots Society offers a guided education through 20 rums at a time, with rewards for each level and the ultimate reward of membership in the DPS, with all of its benefits (including invitations to periodic complimentary rum tastings, often featuring some of the leading producers and educators of rum on the planet).

To assist you in your journey, every Wednesday at Hidden Harbor is Dead Wednesday, featuring 25% off pours of all 80 rums on our Dead Parrots Society documents all evening. It’s a perfect day to link up with other rum-lovers to further your rum education.
